This is definately one of the greatest series, I have played every installment of this series (except Liberty City Stories). GTA 1 and 2 were both top view games. GTA 1 had a more cartoonish look, and GTA 2 had a more 3D look. Personally, I liked GTA 2 better than GTA 3. For one, GTA 3 looked really dark, and I just didn't like the feel of it, and GTA 2 had a lot of weapons and features GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas don't have. For one, in GTA 2, you could go on train tracks and get electrocuted, and it also had the electric gun, which could electricute multiple people. Plus, you could put machine guns, oil slick, and mines on your car, and it was so awesome. I wish they had that feature in the newer ones... which one is your favorite? Mine is Vice City, I love the brightness.

I play vice city from time to time, still trying to beat it.

I decided right from the start I would not use any of the cheat codes. So I am playing it without them and as such it is tough in some spots. Still haven't found all the hidden trophy things.

I have played all GTA's ever made and they are really fun.
But i must admit...I kinda used some cheats for vice city, unlike you Robert... I just couldn't resist the temptation of having an army tank droping from the sky :p :d

Not that I have never used cheats before, but I heard in vice city that it can tell if you use the cheats, even just once. And if you do you get a different ending.

I really have my mind set on seeing the true ending so I am going without the cheats.
